Q: What is is a masternode hosting platform which makes it easier for everyone to run their masternodes in a few minutes without any technical knowledge required.

Q: How does it work?

Our fully automated software creates and configures your masternode server in 90 seconds on the cloud. After that, all you need to do is to add your masternode into your local wallet and give it a start. We setup our servers randomly on five (5) different locations from two (2) different server providers in order to support the blockchain.

Q: What do I have to provide in order to host my masternode with you?

All we need is your transaction hash of collateral, and that is to prove that you actually have the collateral required for the specific masternode. We will take care of the rest.


Q: What are the masternode status?

Your masternodes can only have following status;

  • Unknown: we're unable to get the status of your masternode. Status should be available soon.
  • Syncing / Pending: your masternode is currently syncing with the blockchain. Might take between a few minutes to a few hours.
  • Please start alias: your masternode has just finished syncing with the blockchain and waiting for you start from your wallet. If you already done that before, please simply do again.
  • Running: your masternode is successfully started running.
  • Error: your masternode has an error that needs to be fixed.

Masternode status might be error for a short period of time right after it's deployed. If you see this status for a long time, please simply contact us.

Your masternode status gets refreshed every 60 seconds.

Q: How do you monitor and maintain my masternode?

Since our goal is to take the hassle of running, monitoring and maintaning masternode(s) from your hands, we will do all the heavy lifting for you. In such cases where you masternode(s) have issues, our system will automatically detect and fix them. We will also inform you via email for every step we took. In some cases, we may need you to restart your masternode from your local wallet. We will contact you in this matter.

Q: What happens in case of any error/failure?

First of all, your coins are always safe and will always be since they never leave your wallet. We don't store your coins or ask you to send them us. It's your responsibility to secure your local wallet. So in any case of an error, no damage can be done to your local wallet or collateral since noone has access to them but you. Secondly, we always try our best to ensure you have a solid masternode setup running on the cloud.


Q: How does your billing work?

We only charge $0.33 per day for each masternode you hosted on our platform. The amount will be deducted from your account balance every day at 00:00 UTC time.

Q: What if I create my masternode while less than 24 hours left until 00:00 UTC?

Your account will be charged for the remaining hours until 00:00 upon masternode creation. This charge will be shown on your transaction history as Initial Charge.

Q: What are the payment options?

Currently, we accept; Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, PACcoin, DeviantCoin, Crown, Phore, ZCoin, StakeNet, SmartCash, XChange, LightPayCoin, LogisCoin and Vitae. More payment options will be added in the near feature.

Q: What if my account runs low on balance?

An email will be sent to your address once your account balance goes below to cover for your last 3 days of service fee. In case you don't add balance to your account in the given timeframe, your server(s) will be permanently deleted.

Q: What happens after my server destroyed?

In such case, you can easily deploy a new server. But you will first need to add balance to your account. Also please note that restoring your old server is not possible.

Q: Do you provide refunds?

We do not provide refunds for payments made with cryptocurrencies. In case you're not happy with our services, please contact us and we will try our best to gain your heart. :)


Q: What information do you need for account creation?

We only ask for your email address and a username to recognize you. Your email address will be used for notificational emails and password reset. You will have the option to choose which notification emails you receive.

Q: What if my account gets hacked?

In such cases, not much of a damage can be done and your account can easily be recovered. Just contact us in such cases.
